Items/Tools Needed:


-2 Oranges

-Vanilla Protein Powder (This recipe calls for KaChava)

-Pure Coconut Milk

-Raw Almonds

-Hemp Seeds


Peel 2 Oranges- Add to smoothie + 1 serving Vanilla Protein, 1/2C coconut milk, 5 Ice cubes, 1/4 Cup Water, 1/4 cup Raw Almonds & 2 TBSP Hemp Seeds

Blend, Enjoy
