As part of your consultation, your personal trainer will guide you through a comprehensive movement assessment, gather your starting measurements, stats, and baseline information. This allows us to develop a customized training program that is tailored to your specific needs and goals, ensuring that we can track and measure your continued progress throughout your program.
Step 3: Train
Once your personalized training program is designed, your personal trainer will work closely with you to keep you accountable, provide support, and help you develop stronger habits and nutritional knowledge for lasting results. Our training programs are designed to help you build a strong foundation in movement patterns, stability, and endurance, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level.
